It's very ashamed for many staffs quarreling here failing to find out a soluble way. They are always ended in insisting their standpoint, and never seniors(kanbu) try to accept the younger staff's firm assertion, strong demand for asking to change bad work enviroment, delying salarly payment and illegal working hours with no payment till late night.

It's already long years deadlock between younger staffs mostly managers and old seniors. Mostly manager staffs are suffering from inhuman demand from seniors of enrolling students, on the V-chat seniors are always barking like a mad dog!, and there's almost no phycological care for manager staffs. They have to work with poor salary!

Also recently among staffs there're some rumors of bankruptcy because of reckless top management, GEOS in Australia closed. It's not still become a real story, but the day when GEOS in Japan will close its door may not so far, I firmly believe that.

Don't worry!!
GEOS company's great and popular enough to survive.
You just need to get out of there if you're not satisfied.
